2025/26 David Moyes

Dyche was unfairly sacked by Forest. Their owner is a headbanger.
He was a poor appointment in the first place, I know they are struggling but if you look at their squad it's not one that's suited to playing Dycheball. Forest's issues seem to have coincided with Edu being in charge of the football side of things, id say he needs looking at first.

Who cares? They were picking up points. They are in a relegation fight, ffs.

I just don't trust him to build a team. I don't think he does well with egos and wants to play it safe with players he can control. He is a Mourinho lite in the sense that he can get more with less but unlike Mourinho did I don't believe he can take the next step and like Mourinho I don't think he wants to deal with egos nor can he handle them as he showcased at United.

I disagree that we don't have talent. We definitely have it and we got very lucky with Grealish on loan so we had something to work with. The issue is he just got the transfer window wrong. I think it is as simple as that. He fumbled what could have been a really transformative signing in Grealish without getting fullbacks to support the flanks. KDH is the gem but again played in a position we have depth in.

Onto the next season. Learning experience.

I just posted I backed Moyes before the Bournemouth game.

I do back him based on his body of work.

But- the continued poor form at home, the continued neglect of certain players after they show enough promise to warrant more starts - it's discouraging. Can't say otherwise.

You were literally whinging about how much you wanted us to be like them in here yesterday.

And they didn't even win....
Don’t be a Pr*** all your life, I went after dyche the day he got the job. Go and check my messages. I hated him with a passion and was embarrassed he was given the job

Not sure that's the flex you think it is mate.

We were on our arse, 19th, lowest points total in clubs history going into Feb but your priority was fuming and hating at the person we brought in to try and keep us up? Have I read that right?

I mean, nobody liked Sean Dyche before he got here. But you know, support the club. Keep an open mind and all that.

Depends how you define entertaining. The Bournemouth game was very competitive, with Everton having the bulk of the best chances. People have some fantasy that with “the right tactical approach” players will be able to stroke it around with aplomb.
I agree with your final point, but theres a big difference between being competetive and being entertaining. Id like to have both.

Well obviously someone has to
Manage us and I was behind the team. No open mind from me as I knew
Exactly how it would end.
Also there was plenty of other managers out there.
