The fact (and i do think its a fact) is that his lineups make no sense.

In addition players are not being selected on merit.

Results are one thing, performances another but there are clear improvements he seems to be ignoring to use his favourites.

Been too stubborn on the favorites front. Took a mare in FA Cup to drop Neville, Cahill was shot for half a season before he got dropped

that rayan was very dangerous, could see why he was bringing armstrong on to give mykolenko more protection

but when it went to 1-1 there had to be a different move there, even if it was put kdh out there for 10 mins (or ndiaye who is very good defensively) to see if he could clamp down on the rayan threat but ensure we’re not losing our attacking threat in george

beto sub… maybe he’d had enough of barry and his missed chances, but betp is so so poor

Yep...be careful what you wish for...look at west ham. They have probably a better squad depth than us and they are fighting relegation. For me this is on Angus first, then perhaps TFG which appears to be quite happy with our recruitment team.

Best thing about TFG is they spent zero money in January which may mean they really arent on the Davey express long term, otherwise we couldve put a sneaky bid in on Soucek and got a steal on Ward Prowse....

It's a recurring theme which is the real worry.

Where is the leadership on the pitch when we are wobbling? We are so so bad at absorbing/reacting to setbacks.

He picks the team...he coaches the team...he tells the team how he wants them to play, he " motivates" the team, yet he has zero responsibility on game day. What a job

I keep saying it: he has not changed his opinion even the smallest amount about a single player since the season started. It's indefensible.

Im beginning to think that...i think back to the spectacular failure after qualifying for Europe before. Not sure how he won the Conference League at West Ham, probably as much Declan Rice as him...aside from that he just seems to be someone that is followed around by a black rain cloud...

Tonight won’t be the reason we won’t get Europe, not getting a proper striker and at least one full back in January will be the reason.

All the dropped points at home and shocking inability to sign any frikking fullbacks other than Seamus Coleman are the reason. Signing a giraffe of a center forward doesnt help

Blame Moyes or the owners but not bringing a forward or at least a RB in is criminal it really is. Not having January is tough or any other bs it’s simply negligent that we haven’t had one lined up for 2 years at least. Glad I didn’t watch it tonight as it sounds like another load of tripe.
