Its everywhere in health care now - since all restrictions have been eased. Busiest its been during all this, four breakouts in our place - the one unit. Breakout being a big cluster of transmission in a clinical area. Heres what happens restrictions are eased in society, health care gets over run, then patient transmits to another patient. Work this year has been stop start, get back to normal practice, bang an outbreak, essential services curtailed, manage that, bang another out break - massively frustrating.

Governments wont say it, but they want this to spread now, the approach is herd immunity. Still we need to be staring a 4th jab programme in August, hopefully we've learned lessons about what this does in the winter.
