My experience of caravan sites are that they are inhabited by a high percentage of people who claim them to be holiday dwellings but in reality, it's normally their one and only residence.
It's going to be interesting now that loads of site owners across here on the east coast have said they're going to close the sites down. Where will the inhabitants go I wonder?

Plenty laws bylaws and rules stopping people making them permanent residence. Councils are very keen on such happenings because of lost revenue streams. Can't think of residential park home place near me in mid Wales. All holiday residential places which are restrictive on times spent in them.
