The haircut thing dawned on me earlier as well. Not a chance I would go to the barbers anyrate. Mrs R said she would give me a trim, but as she struggles with an (empty) kettle atm, not convinced! Might have to buy a buzzer thing.

Or just be not remotely arsed.
Haircut not something i need worry about

Getting worried now everyone pushing for shutdown still not sorted anything for self employed apart from dole .
Don’t think anyone really wants a lockdown but too many people are still doing what they want and going against what advice has been given.

Why should they be welcomed? The people heading to Snowdonia this weekend (including people from bloody Surrey, who had to be saved by mountain rescue) were going to an area that has around 11 critical care beds normally. That is to cover 135000 people; everyone west of Conwy and north of Barmouth. The whole of North Wales normally has around 32 beds for around 600000 people.

Visiting the area, especially coming from an area where the virus has spread more, because people can't be arsed to stay at home is dangerous beyond belief. People should stop doing it.
Yeah, that's one of the issues down here in Cornwall.

I saw a report on the news last night about how different region's hospitals would be able to cope with an influx of patients suffering from the virus. London was best placed to cope, which is just as well given that's where most of the outbreak in this country is centred. Cornwall is the worst positioned. It could only cope with 1.5 people per thousand compared to London's figure of around 5 per thousand.

There are benefit to being down here though, not least the amount of green space we have. It's very easy to get out and about and still self isolate, compared to some of the cities where that must be an absolute nightmare.

Wales have shut all their camp sites and caravan parks. Not sure if you can stop people going to their second home in St Ives, other than appealing to their better nature.
