Yea I've seen some using Agureo as an example, without mentioning that Agureo had a heart operation at 15 years old and has had a few hospital visits due to his heart over his career.

I think people get too wound up by the headlines rather than reading the actual articles. From what I’ve read about it the scientists are simply saying it’s something to keep an eye on. It’s too early and there are too few cases to know how infectious or deadly it is. But it’s important and good that we have scientists tracking this stuff in case some horrendous variant did crop up that could beat the vaccines on a major scale. In that instance if we are on top of it we can try and limit the spread.

The press might sensationalise it for headlines but the actual information is usually there in the articles.

Also highlights the need to support other less wealthy countries public health departments and vaccine supply/rollout - even if not on moral grounds then on sheer self interest.
