It shows comparisons for 3 different infection levels of covid. Low (approx to UK infection rate in March this year), Medium (approx to UK infection rats in Feb) and High (UK infection rates in Jan)
At the low infection rates, the risk factor is slightly higher for the AZ vaccine in 18-29 yos than it is for covid.
