God I feel smug.

With zero bulk buying, just a bit extra each small shop, I have made sure that me, and more importantly Mrs R, have enough healthy food to last us 3 weeks if things get worse.

Same here except you're only allowed 1 customer per 10 square meter. So the shop I live next door to is giving out 10 minute time slots. Like a trolley dash.

Lucky the organic shop is still open and nobody goes there

Apparently police are stopping cars at random and checking that people are out for essential reasons only like I mentioned in my previous post.

Will pop the supermarket later and check it out - was fine on Monday but the lockdown has tightened up a lot since then. Need some of that smooth and strong Belgian blonde beer.

Italian figures for today yet to be released, although good chance that their death toll will actually overtake China figure, even though they have half the number of cases. Italian poplulation for over 65's is about 28% probably has something to do with that. But they don't seem to be controlling the situation at all...

We've been squirrelling booze for weeks (love that the dutch word is hamstering). So we're just topping up every few days now.

Once I secure how to screw my employer out of my salary for the duration this will e a decent little sojourn.

My mate reckoned the pub in Stockport was full last night. I live in the middle of nowhere so it’s hard knowing what’s really going on everywhere else. Are people staying home in the towns and cities?

Apparently a pub quiz in the nearest town, which would normally have between 60-90 attendees, had 6 turn up....

However he’s behind schedule, due to having go outside all the time to use his koi carp pond as a bidet, due to lack of bog rolls.

No shortage of worms in my acre garden to feed the KOI......

Luxembourg, where I currently am, is approaching that also. You're allowed out for food, doctors and work, and also individually for walking and jogging or general outdoor fitness. All playgrounds and parks cordoned off, mind you. At least the Auchan supermarkets are nicely stocked.
