Worth a look, international comparisons on cases, managment, waves and flattening the curve and where each country is at.
 
The UK releasing its new cases data later then usual today, they've released the unfortunate increased death numbers though. That seems like a change to other days.

Is something a foot?

Maybe they are going to announce something like increased social restrictions but will do it when the shop close. Im speculating of course.

We can only hope that your speculation does not come to fruition. Be arsed having to spend 14 days in isolation, only to have to be forced into isolation again for spurious reasons.

I'd rather poo in my hands and clap before shooting myself.

Net government approval rating hits highest level since 2010, poll suggests

Voters are more likely to approve of the Boris Johnson and the government’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak than disapprove, according to some new polling from Ipsos MORI. Some 49% of people think the government is handling it well, against 35% who think it is handling it badly (a net rating of +14), and Johnson’s rating are 47% v 38% (a net rating of +9).
