Net government approval rating hits highest level since 2010, poll suggests

Voters are more likely to approve of the Boris Johnson and the government’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak than disapprove, according to some new polling from Ipsos MORI. Some 49% of people think the government is handling it well, against 35% who think it is handling it badly (a net rating of +14), and Johnson’s rating are 47% v 38% (a net rating of +9).

its amazing what a compliant media does for someones ratings

Imagine how whack this would be without the internet, guys.

Well, we wouldn't have people who believe that social media or internet forums such as these reflect the overall mood of the public, only to have their mind blown when the bomb of a false reality some people have built blows up in their face.

Some hints and tips on food.

Luxembourg, where I currently am, is approaching that also. You're allowed out for food, doctors and work, and also individually for walking and jogging or general outdoor fitness. All playgrounds and parks cordoned off, mind you. At least the Auchan supermarkets are nicely stocked. ;)

Same here except you're only allowed 1 customer per 10 square meter. So the shop I live next door to is giving out 10 minute time slots. Like a trolley dash.

Lucky the organic shop is still open and nobody goes there
