Conversely, the evidence that it's worked is that there is so far no evidence that it hasn't worked.
And hang on, why are they suddenly saying 6 weeks??
Up until now, it's been 3 weeks. Or is it just because Denmark and France went with 6 weeks, so that's alright?
I think they took a risk. I'm not sure I agree with it, but I see why they did it. So far, despite all the outcry (which has now changed from 3 weeks to 6 weeks - and Pfizer all along insisted that it had to be 3 weeks btw, until now apparently), there's no evidence of it not working. If there is, then we'll know about it and they can all say 'I told you so' and it'll be crap. But as it is, that hasn't happened.
Not sure he’s recommending six weeks mate, I think he’s giving his opinion on max gap before concern of the vaccine being effective.
I’m not disagreeing mate on there being no evidence but do we know anything for certain, be it good or bad?
Are figures being kept and published on people who have been vaccinated with one dose, or the 12 week gap and have incidence of infection, or who may have died in between?
There may be 0 there may be some, it might be positive or not so positive, I just haven’t seen a source for any study or data on it.
If there is 0 it would be great if this was known, it would give great confidence and if it is proven successful I think other countries could benefit from solid info and science.
