Not pedantry at all but rather saying its just stating the blindingly obvious. Like a painted red will look like a wall is red
It really isn't.

2 innoculations provide a superior defence to serious illness than one, the table shows the UK a long way down, even if that is by design it isn't favourable in the context even if it is to be expected. The table also isn't meaningless as the tactic of single dosing as the UK has done can then be cross referenced with hospitalisations against nations that have not chosen that tactic and if needed can adjust our tactic accordingly (or other nations could do so and follow the UK model).

We can't dismiss things as meaningless because they don't suit us, especially not in this situation, but please continue with your tedium.

De Piffle strikes again, the incompetent, arrogant, wastrel, buffoon of course knows best.

@peteblue presumably this is another good example of "best effort" by those who have quite evidently given anything but?

The media are trying to make the news, rather than report it.

It’s very wrong and having a big impact on vulnerable people.

dunno if you or others have read it, but Nick Davies’ “Flat Earth News” is a fantastic look at the British media

it’s ten years old now but still spot on

They would miss...

It's a year on now from those Wirral vaccination centres, and we debating " border control"... Don't worry sheeple just think twice about going out and enter solitary confinement depending postcode, while our wealthy chums fly in and out of the country... In it together!?
I've been calling this lot out correctly as murderer's since last spring, and the serfs have been taking the piss because of it.

100,000+ dead so far. I wonder what figure it'd have to get to before they finally acknowledge that the policy of the government of the day is to purposely fail to deal with the virus?

Yes It will be useful in the future but atm just states what is already known and says nothing more - you are the one picking an argument were there was none to be had - extremely annoyingly

it’s spread on the sites controlled by the mass media as well

The monetization of news. And it takes a pandemic.

Not read the book, however, the the take down of "Red Ed" and his dangerous British hating jew father immigrant, should have been awakening for people.

Boris Johnson and his side kick Michael Gove have been at the heart and experts of the mass media, and here we are!

Very good news on vaccine front, similar to Az in design, and trials are set to combine dosing of AZ and Sputnik

"The results suggest Sputnik V is among the top performing vaccines, along with the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna jabs that also reported more than 90 percent efficacy".

Don’t want to speculate too hard cos I could be wrong but if the hospital figures are an indication then the data catch up figures could be under 4 figures for the first time since mid December which is a positive

Full data to come later but with the hospital figures itself, it’s around 300 odd up on yesterday with the catch up but crucially around 100 odd down on last week

But not by you?

Bruce, decisions are made, rightly or wrongly, the government has made loads of mistakes so far. Many of course were known about only through hindsight. If SAGE or Alt SAGE, the CSA or CMO have been shouting about closing the U.K. because of the SA variant, perhaps you can show me where it was mentioned at the time. At any moment in time one scientist will say one thing and another something else, so whatever decision is made if it is incorrect people will point at the other scientific view and say they told you so. We have it at the moment, Germany says no to AZ for the over 65’s, the MHRA and EMA say it’s approved. So who would you go with ?....come on decide right now.....

Come on Bruce, make it snappy, what’s your decision......
