I wouldn't say it's overly likely, but it's definitely more of a possibility than say a week ago. What I do know is that the response to any such acts will be severe.

In a time of need like this is, there's no chance they will be freely allowing much needed police, fire and NHS resources to be wasted on dealing with rioting.

Oh sorry yeh I don't mean it's a definite. But I would say there's a good chance depending on how it's handled. Hopefully not!

The struggle to find Aptamil 1 baby milk is real ffs

My wife went into Boots today for paracetamol, while talking to one of the girls they said that all dried baby milk had been sold and that one young mother had tried to buy some, upon being told there was none left she burst into tears. If I could find one of those who are buying this just to have a cup of tea I think I would burn their house down. It’s disgraceful and I have trouble even understanding what sort of country we have become.....

Wait......

You're saying people are hoarding this to put on their cereal?

Is this speculation? I'd thought it was just being selfishly hoarded but for its actual intended purpose - feeding babies.

Yep, I fear London is just a barometer of things to come unfortunately. Gwynedd hospital in North Wales has apparently been inundated with self isolating older people with second homes in the area who normally live down south.
Absolutely loads of people coming in not just second homes also caravans and camper van park near me is full too. It was like a very sunny August bank holiday Saturday, apart from it was a drizzling Wednesday and their is pandemic.
We have an older demographic already, throughout Mid and North Wales. And makes no sense, you can be some distance from health care, with just very small village hospitals with part time minor injuries. People can find themselves good 1.5 hours from a full A and E. Makes no sense.

Nurses have had all annual leave in the next 6 months cancelled, even if it had been approved.

They have also asked nurses if they are able to host other nurses at their homes to stop them taking public transport. Effectively asking nurses to illegally sublet or potentially void their home insurance.

Crazy times

I think we may turn a blind eye to that tbh......
