Ey?

If there's most positive results in one spacing than the other, then yes, it seems conclusive enough.

You know full well that if the government was doing 3 weeks' spacing with the vaccine and the numbers were dead low that you'd have the knives out saying why weren't we doing what the evidence showed with the AZ one.

It's the one thing that's going well atm. I'm not giving the government credit as it's likely got little to do with them, but for all the doom-mongering articles and journalists finding experts to back up their opinion (and this happens both ways - there's a great Thick Of It scene which about sums it up), the vaccine roll out is going as well as you could expect right at this moment. It needs to continue and needs to be upped.
There's always a but for you, isn't there?

The worst governance of the covid19 crisis from any major nation. There's no ifs or buts about that.

Hospital figures - 820 deaths were announced today, down 350 on yesterday and down 93 on last Saturday. 710 deaths were in English hospitals, down 283 on yesterday and down 61 on last week. The 7 day rolling average falls to 904.29

All settings - for the 28 day cut off, 1348 deaths were announced today, down 53 on yesterday and up 53 on last Saturday. The 7 day rolling average rises to 1248.43

For the 60 day cut off, 1480 deaths were announced today, down 48 on yesterday and up 92 on last Saturday. The 7 day rolling average rises to 1351.57

I'm talking explicitly about the vaccine roll out, which currently leads the way in Europe and is 4th per-100 people in the world in terms of getting people their first dose (at least).

That is going well. Whoever is responsible for that is doing well and hopefully it continues because it's our only way out of this - partly because the government have been crap and partly because no other country has a solution other than lockdown either

Yet one of the recent reports I read, regarding Wuhan, was from a journalist, who was shadowed by plain clothes police for his whole stay, was denied access to anywhere in or around the wet market and instead was taken to areas that had been choreographed for his visit and only allowed to speak to hand picked members of the public ( party officials )

Party time in Wuhan.

No mate, it's all gone swimmingly over there.

Essentially North Korea type situation where the people are forced to smile. Only 4000 dead though...
