Positive cases going down.

In related news, just off the phone to my missus, she doesn't feel great at all, but has no Corona symptoms, she has had 2 tests already in the last 2 weeks due to my daughter testing positive, but again, no corona symptoms, she just doesn't feel great. So she told her boss, who suggested she went for a test, it came back negative, but her fellow workers are telling her she needs to go home and isolate. Really making her feel like crap by going on and on at her, they simply want to be sent home also.

She has just lost 2 weeks money by isolating, we really cant afford her to take more time off, but if she had symptoms or tested positive she would do the right thing, but as I say, people making her feel like crap for no reason. Really want to go in there and start banging heads, but she kinda needs her job.

Horrible position to be in mate but like you said shes done everything the right way so has every right to continue to work. Theres so many symptoms that it's easy to say "it must be this it must be that" when in reality a lot of folk will just be feeling run down with fatigue and stress.

But whilst the test results are coming back negative, I'd suggest she has a word with her boss to get colleagues off her back because it's hard enough working without people ramping up the anxiety further.

Her boss is livid with the staff.

Thankfully she has his full support.

There lies the problem mate, she may just have a bug or be run down with all that`s going on and it`s taken as read she`s got the virus.

They`ll soon move onto someone else or another " crisis "

You also compare this to the likes of my missus boss, who’s had three separate periods of absence with “ symptoms “ and negative tests, which also seem to coincide with the weekends.

Just looking at this, you'd expect the peak in deaths to come 10-14 days on from that Jan 8 peak in cases - as in the days since then, the case rate has shown what appears to be (hopefully) the start of a decline.

So, expecting the worst, I guess today through to Friday could show the peak in the deaths.

From what we know about the incubation period, then it's safe to assume that the Jan 8th peak in cases is likely down to the Christmas period.

I'll look at other countries to see if there's a similar peak.

Just saying

Going out on a limb, I think - based on those graphs shared earlier - this week will be the worst for deaths.

I'm then hoping that we'll see that decline in cases keep carrying on into next week.

Next Tuesday, as grim as it still is, I think we could see a significant drop in the numbers recorded. It's hard to tell for sure because of the 28-day cut off, but hopefully that's where we'll be.

@grandjoeblue Sturgeon can say what she wants. For a country that is half sheep, Scotland have been knackered and she's knackered their industries up there too.

We'll be back in tiers in mid March. Because we're vaxxing as quick as possible and we'll have had two months of lockdown by then.
