I thought it was a lockdown? That’s just them being selective in closing certain places down again. Most noticeably once again the hospitality industry which they’re clearly trying to destroy.

If you looked through history, you would struggle to find 2 worse leaders to see their countries through this than Trump and Johnson.

Where do the likes of hotels stand in this? They depend on tourists. With nothing going on and pretty much everywhere closed, with the government only advising people to stay overnight for work purposes, how do they attract customers? How do they continue to make business? They’re never on the closed list and expected to crack on as usual.

Hospital figures - 258 deaths were announced today, up 39 on yesterday and up 34 on last Saturday. 208 deaths were in English hospitals, up 45 on yesterday and up 23 on last week with all occurring in the past 10 days. The 7 day rolling average rises to an even 200

All settings - for the 28 day cut off, 326 deaths were announced today, up 52 on yesterday and 152 on last Saturday. The 7 day rolling average rises to 258.57

Add to that, the new work support scheme only kicks in if the staff are working at least 20% of their normal hours.

How can you work 20% of your hours if there`s no customers / work ??????

This will apply across the board in the whole hospitality industry.
