I respect them for getting out and protesting, but those young un's could pick it up at these protests then go home and pass it onto parents or other family members who may be more at risk.

They could and no doubt will, but unless you lock them up they will do what they do. Do kids ever think, no matter what level their education?

Realistically it's normally a slow creep then rapid spike. Give it a month or so.

Same here in North Somerset. We have largely escaped the virus, but the recent outbreak at Weston General seems to have bought the R over 1. The actual numbers are tiny, but nevertheless, seems wise till it goes away.

Yeah. Because our numbers are so tiny a small localised outbreak has such a big impact on the R value. It will go down sharply once the outbreak has been sorted.

It's why I'd rather the government worked on actual identifiable numbers rather than some vague rato

It doesn't look good. I'm sure many of them are doing their best to socially distance but it must be close to impossible looking at that. Fingers crossed it doesn't spike an outbreak
