I'm also now working from home due to an amazing employer but the economic fallout will be far greater than the virus toll, eventually! Were you against the lockdown from the onset?

We're people distancing?![]()
Local parks were heaving today.
We go there quite often.
It's always dead busy.

You do realise that exercise is required to keep a human body ticking over and healthy?
FFS.
And yes, it was a little ride. 15 miles and troubling no one.
Be disciplined. Stay safe. Dont listen to the lies of the butcher government who could care less if you fell ill and died.
Depends when it was, there is no limit on exercise at the present time.Yeah, so your little bike ride wasn’t essential then.
But do continue shaming everyone else for leaving the house
As much as I hate this government id listen to them over some maniac on the internet

Well it depends what they were doing.Exactly, yet this fella thinks his bike ride was essential whilst everyone else he encountered was breaking the rules.

I would listen to Dave before Boris the Butcher.
By and large whenever I've been out people are adhering to the 2m rule, so the nature reserve next to my house was fine, everyone keeping to their distance on paths. A little further along and I walk past some tennis courts and football pitches - absolutely packed.By and large. Quite a few large'ish groups. It's a noticeable change over the past few weeks though. You could go along the South Bank a few weeks ago and it would be dead, but it was pretty busy today, with quite a few of the stalls/vans open and a couple of buskers performing. Far more like a normal weekend.
It really does depend on the circumstances.Probably the same as the fella on his bike. Enjoying being outdoors for a bit.
