It really does depend on the circumstances.

Cycling on your own for exercise = fine
A football match in a park with 20 other people = not fine.

In the simplest of examples.

And I guarantee the majority of people in parks and outdoors where in small groups.

I’ve spent all day in the park and noticed nobody in any group above six people.

By and large whenever I've been out Pete are adhering to the 2m rule, so the nature reserve next to my house was fine, everyone keeping to their distance on paths. A little further along and I walk past some tennis courts and football pitches - absolutely packed.

Aye. People will do what people will do. I'm past worrying really, but it's interesting to note the change. At the start you'd get people running or cycling in parks, and that was it. Then gradually more people would sit about, have the odd sneaky picnic. Now there's scarcely a patch of grass left unused. The social distancing isn't an issue as naturally people won't position themselves that close to strangers anyway, but it was noticeable that every single bit of grass we encountered today was jam packed. Even one just down the road from Guy's.

It's an interesting time, as this morning we were screamed at by a lady who thought we were too close as we went to pick up an avocado in Tesco. Seems some are still shitting it and tense, and many others are seemingly not bothered at all.
