Sacked then? No. I’ve obeyed the lockdown and so should he...this hyperventilating angst that is being generated though is oxygen to this guy. He should have been slapped with a fine or whatever Kinnock got for doing the same.......

Maybe Pete should have a perusal of that.![]()
NHS England funding and productivity
At the start of the 2010 Parliament, the NHS was faced with the most austere funding settlement in its historywww.parliament.uk
That's not the point Pete. Labour and Kinnock aren't telling the country what to do. Boris, to whom Cummings is a senior aide, is.
This is not about Cummings per se. It's about retaining some elements of support and respect from the country in the battle against coronavirus.
Pete only takes note of the Telegraph, Guido Fawkes and the graffiti in his pub toilet*Maybe Pete should have a perusal of that.
The way Trump says Chy-NA is constantly on repeat in my head.I don’t see how you can blame the teachers. It was clearly the Chinese.
Yes they should, but they won'tThen they should sack him.....

*I'll leave you to decide which is the most credible source
I'm annoyed with the response from the cops as well: if they did speak to him and he wasn't at least given a caution - should be a fine - then what does it say.
Fun fact: the Rabbit Hole is the name of Pete's pub.that you pretend they are different sources says how far down the rabbit hole you are
How would you know, seriously. Government expenditure is a matter of record. You are a small cog in a very large machine, you may get the odd visibility of one part of the finance within a single hospital, but will not see the whole picture apart from the odd briefing.
The House of Commons keeps a full record, which obviously is agreed by the political parties. Now as you can see, as a percentage of GDP there is a slight reduction, but amongst other things that is determined by the growth and strength of the economy, however the expenditure is real money actually spent, and it has risen and continues to do so. How the NHS decide to spend the money is an NHS issue, but we, the taxpayer and the government, cannot be faulted for the amount we give......

so what you are telling me is that the NHS spend as a percentage of GDP has fallen consistently each year of the last 10 years whilst the population has grown 10% (and for what it’s worth the FTSE All Share has returned 108% (including the most recent Covid related falls of 25%)?How would you know, seriously. Because I have eyes Pete. Don't dare attach the tax payer to the government as if I'm attacking them for not coughing up enough, nor a graph of spends spanning over decades when the population is much, much bigger, and healthcare more complex. The NHS is not a waste of money or resources, and some things you have to be a cog in the machine to see...
On their head be it then. They will lose the supprt of large sectors of the populationYes they should, but they won't
So the question is simple, Will the Prime Minister stick to the rules he imposed on us - or will he stick with his closest adviser?
To be fair to the coppers, they've taken a Softly, Softly ( yes, I remember it on TV ) approach all through this, but especially at the beginning, so they've likely done with Cummings what they'd have done with anybody else.
Putting that to one side, if the Tories continue to defend Cummings, then they're making a massive mistake, because it'll highlight how far removed from ordinary people they are, and is the sort of thing which could bite their arse in the future. It'll make no difference to the core Tory vote, but it's the sort of thing which floating voters will remember.
