Your first line is the most poignant there

That’s certainly why I put it in but if you look at this mornings health committee hearing, Vallance said there were reliable in lab tests available . Given it seems to be a $30m Plus Worth company touting a 99% success rate you’d imagine it’s very possibly one of the ones of which he talks or potentially they’re taking some pretty big risks for the sake of a £100 a throw .

Sorry Harry, is the company net worth £30bn, or $30m.?

Abbot are a reputable organisation, they sell lots of products to the NHS. Can't tell you any more than that, I just know my wife talks about them a lot and she works in NHS procurement.

You get that’s a completely different thing, right?

Cummings pals are involved with a data project looking at NHS efficiency.

This is a project tracking if people have come into contact with the virus.

It’s like when we go to ‘work’ we don’t all go to the same place.

Warner’s brothers firm won the contract to build the app. By “won” I don’t mean to suggest there was a contest btw.

Just looked them up myself mate and their net worth is $30bn. It's a big operator employing more staff than Glaxo, although smaller in net worth.

At £99 a pop though, given the global pandemic we're in, I think I'll be putting them in the Covid rat category. Same with any company that is trying to make big profits out of this.

Some restrictions were lifted over here yesterday in Greece.I expected a bunch of Bells out and about abusing it.Pleasantly surprised.it's as if nothing has changed from the last two months.
What's been lifted mate?

Also, sorry if you've mentioned this before, but what provisions are the Greek government putting in place to cover peoples loss of income?. Especially on the islands you'll be heavily reliant in tourism there so must be getting hit bad, albeit you're probably just coming into season around now.

*sigh

NHSX were created last year to explore the best way for technology to drive the NHS. You could well argue that it will fail as various other initiatives to bring modern technology into the NHS, but to argue that it was created a year ago for when an unknown pandemic hit the entire world so they could pinch Roger Milla's precious bodily data is a bit far fetched.
Never let the facts get in the way of a good conspiracy theory Bruce ;)

Open Barbers
Allow tradesmen back to work
Open up drive throughs to big maccy D's

I would be happy enough with that - make it happen Boris.

I’d suspect they’re clearly going to sell to governments and the likes of the NHS at a much lower rate . If they filter off a decent number of people with disposable income I’d suspect it’ll elevate some pressure At a later stage .

It feels like it’s a market they’re bound to exploit and given it actually needs physical testing in a laboratory and a certain amount of staffing to take it through the whole process it doesn’t seem as much profiteering as other things I’ve seen .
