We woz gonna win the league, then Godzilla trashed our stadium. Oh hang on, that's Sim City
keep the faith.
Both. They’ve spaced the office staff out and created different shifts in the factory so there’s not as many people on site at the same time. Are you a manufacturing factory? Or an office?
Yer id do thatI'm starting to think just let everyone out back to normal and see what happens. Getting a bit fed up and freaked out by this new world
as promised.
Interesting. Was that mentioned in the article they're quoted in? I couldn't see anything about it on their website at all. You also sense had the government used such a guesstimate they may well not have been given the same latitude, and it's hard to imagine Morgan accepting a "we believe care home deaths to be between x and y" kind of response.
But Mike Padgham, of the Independent Care Group, said the care home death toll was likely to be about a third of the total deaths recorded in hospitals, which currently stand at 12,107.
He said: “These people are in a very vulnerable group, they may have underlying conditions and they're in close proximity so it's being spread quicker.
It's a brilliant idiom watching Morgan tackle Tory ministers.Piers Morgan is a POS. We're talking about the "man" (and I use that word loosely) who had a dead girl's phone hacked. If ever a person deserved to have both his professional and private life utterly destroyed, it's that scumbag. There isn't a single human being either living or dead that I wouldn't side with over Morgan. He might as well just have a tug behind the GMB desk every morning because he absolutely gets off to all the misery he "reports on". He's the worst kind gutter journalist. Piers Morgan, the moral beacon of vertue who is also best mates with Donald Trump! Oh please, spare me the self-righteous BS.
Look, Helen Whately could very well be a disgusting human who finds the deaths of thousands of elderly people to be one big joke and all very amusing, but I think it highly unlikely. Even supposing that she does feel that way I think it even less likely that she'd publically laugh about it on TV. It's pretty obvious that she's just shocking at explaining herself and awful at speaking with the press. But imo it's just as obvious that she was actually laughing at the awkwardness of the situation and the fact that Morgan wasn't allowing her to respond properly.
Yep. A couple of weeks of high death count to come. Then it’s all about how they avoid another spread if they relax the restrictions.
I think its more about coping with a probably unavoidable spread.
