We're seriously getting incorrect figures because they can't be arsed having enough people in to collate the figures properly. Unreal.

Sure that's the reason. Think about a fortnight ago the funeral industry were saying they're struggling with the number of deaths, so it doesn't seem beyond possibility that other parts of the 'supply chain' are struggling as well. Suggesting people can't be bothered is the kind of twaddle you'd hear in a red top.

I'd buy that if there were, I dunno, 10-15,000 deaths a day or something.

But less than a thousand? Just to collate numbers?

Either they're not staffing in any efficient manner whatsoever or their process is wrong - either way it's incompetence. This isn't a hard thing to do, and there shouldn't be a massive variance just because of what day of the week it is, especially considering the massive importance of it.

Why? Because it fits your agenda to say so even though you have posted nothing to back it up. Somewhere in here I did post an article from a peer reviewed journal that concluded SARS-CoV is natural in origin.

This is a virus that primarily uses animals as hosts. It is hardly shocking that it has jumped back to an animal.

Please stop with this until you can post actual data to support your theory or I am going to begin to wonder if your theory has intent that is not acceptable on GOT.

I have been to the states over 30 times vacationing and visiting family
I love the states and find 99% of the people friendly and polite.
However I have met some very friendly and polite whackjobs in Vegas ,New Orleans , NYC ,San Diego and elsewhere lol

And there is me ,38 years in the same job and never had to travel more than 10 minutes by car to get there

Hopefully, when things eventually appear to improve, people will view it as a reason for continuing with these conditions for as long as we need to do so because it's working. A premature "job done, let's get back to normal" attitude will only land us back at square one.

Oh I agree in the main. I still don't see another solution until a vaccine being found other than people having a general immunity, but that doesn't mean I want them to let it sweep through the population either.

So your solution is definitely the optimal one. I just think for it to work (once these initial lockdown periods end, whenever that is) there's going to have to be a bit of the population immunity thing as well. Kind of a merge of the two.

There is talk of a covid 19 passport.
When you are proven to have had it and recovered you are allowed back into the community and allowed travel
