I’d start with Rooney ,Lennon, and McCarthy (who’s basically finished anyway).

I think if they're serious about a top 6 spot, then the only players that would be good enough to start for a top 6 team would be Davies, Vlasic, Besic, Gueye, Pickford, Klaasen, Keane. Everyone else would only be good enough with a spot on the bench or as a backup.

Actually I think the team played better WITH Klaasen in the first few weeks than the last few without.

Keep Baines. Get rid of McCarthy and Besic. Don't know about Jags. I seem to be one of the few people on here who doesn't hate him.

I still think Sigurdsson will come good. I'd get rid of Klaassen though. Williams and Stekelenburg can sod off too.

As usual it is a knee jerk reaction to where we currently find ourselves.

What we really need is an experienced manager who knows how to work with the squad at his disposal.

A lot of the players that are currently at the club were good players before and will be again. They need direction and they need to regain confidence. A number will be moved on in due course but that is for the future.

Okay bandying players about that should move on. Not easy though some club has to want them and the players have to agree to go. For me I would add Schnerdling, not sure about spelling but you know who I mean.
