Of course we could. Goes without saying though that we'd need to get a lot right on and off the pitch, and huge slices of luck would help, too (I.e. unearthing a Harry Kane / Riyad Mahrez / N'Golo Kante, other big six sides enduring periods of "transition", etc.)
The shocking thing is it's more a mental problem...pretty much all of them can be beat at any time. City should probably be the only one with a legit mental advantage, just based off the quality of their squad. The rest can be got at, if the opposition had a pair.
Other clubs manage to beat them all the time, its just mainly us that cant.
