Personally a massive no for me.
The risks are too high. Personally, I think she shouldn't stand a chance. 15 years old or not, she still fled to join a terrorrist group, who are at blame for a lot of the unrest in Syria. They are responsible for that, and whilst she isn't personally, it's not something i'd warm to.
She's stated several times about her lack of "concern" about what ISIS do, some of their actions, there is no remorse there. As a mother, you have to question her motives too.. it took her 3 children to realise that something isn't right about the conditions? By all means, bring her baby back, but she's not a proper mother, who deserves that right to be honest.
Having just seen she has had her citizenship revoked, i'm delighted. It should send out a message to all people who consider joining an extremist organisation, it isn;t greener on the other side.

That will be an interesting legal case - not sure how they could justify stripping a teenage girl of her citizenship when she is in a refugee camp after just giving birth when they didn't when she actually went and stayed there. One wonders whether anyone else has been stripped of it as well - if they haven't, thats something else her lawyers will no doubt pick up on.

Apparently not allowed under international law as she doesn’t have dual citizenship, wouldn’t be surprised if this is the home office saying ‘look lads we gave it a go but those meddling foreigners won’t let us!’
I haven't seen the basis for refusal. Given she is a British Citizen, my assumption would be on safety grounds.
No doubt she'll appeal.

How on earth does a 19 year old girl in a refugee camp in Syria get a solicitor? They dont get Legal Aid still surely.
Yup there’s about 400 returned Jihadis in the UK right now and only about 80 of them are doing time. The rest are effectively free

I expect the decision to refuse will be related to exclusions under the Refugee Convention.

As I understand it You’re correct and I think you’re probably spot on . If I’m wrong and they’ve took a course of action confident of success then I wouldn’t particularly argue with the decision however I would point to the previous few hundred that have entered the country without this fanfare . If the story is true it does smack of grandstanding but I don’t want to be hugely dismissive, I’m approaching it cautiously with a fair amount of cynicism.
I think That’s the intelligence services estimate on numbers unfortunately
