Hes too small, Cannavaro, Koeman and other midget CBs didnt play in the Globetrotter era of the Premier League.

The reason he looks good at CB is cos hes a supreme footballer.

BUT

He could certainly very much do a job in a 3 and against some utter European fodder and he certainly wouldnt let us down, you can also count on 1 hand the amount of real "number 9s" that could terror him enough for his height to prove a problem.

In short, Mo could play in goal and look like a young Southall.

Its hard, cos we have lots of Midfielders, I like and rate most of them, but for sure in midfield and he could certainly do a very decent job in a 3 or even, in certain games in a 2 at the back. As long as we never play him RB again, seeing him on the pitch and performing well is such a joy for me and if he can stay fit hes a player that Ronny will enjoy using and most Everton fans will enjoy watching.

Im not a big fan of 3 at the back, but if we played it, he would currently be in my 3, I personally wouldnt pick him ahead of Jags, Keane, Williams at CB in a 2 tho.

So in short, if we playing 3 at the back, yes for sure, 2 at the back, unless Keane, Williams or Jags were injured, no.
