Irish Left-Back Mick O’Lenko divides opinion amongst Evertonians.
Some say he is a bit too injury prone, some say he is solid defensively but offers little going forward.
Personally I think he’s done a pretty solid job, but could be upgraded.

With his contract up at the end of the season, would you offer him an extension? Cash-in during the January window and upgrade (risking stability).
Buy another Left Back in January to ease in and let Mick go for free in the summer?

Who would you get in that is better/more reliable? or could link with Grealish better?

How much of a priority is a LB upgrade?

It's been hinted at a few times that the club have an extension clause in his contract, so it's probably not quite as urgent a decision as it seems. Replace him next summer seems like the logical answer either way.

Nothing against him whatsover but going forward he has to be seen as a squad player for me as his fitness is just a little too erratic imo.

He's not good enough for the Premier League. Would be happy to see him get a move to another good club, be it on a free or for a fee, and for us to get in a replacement.

To actually answer. I'd nor be averse to keeping Myko around alongside a new left back. Bit of back up and competition. Cant be doing the pattern of the last 15 years of, mostly, 1 main full back and no cover or challenge.

He's steady, seems to have a good attitude.
