I haven't dropped bombs on anyone's houses and not all people who seek refuge in the UK are as a consequence of the UK doing so.

Most of them are. We have our grubby little hands in everything. If we arnt dropping the bombs we are selling them to regimes who are. Either way we have been a massive contributor to the conflict in the middle east, creating these refugees. Then have the gall when people try to flee the war and horrors to come here.

Not we mate, the majority of people in the UK have no involvement in these atrocities what so ever and I take umbrage in being associated to it. As for having the gall as you put it then again most people in the UK are not responsible for displacing these people. Then you have to consider that there aren't enough houses or resources for the people already here then you see the costs of housing going up and the back to Victorian standard of renting rooms and none of this is good at all.

We meaning our government. Stop and think if it was the other way around, would you not try to escape to safety? If you thought you could take your kids to a safe country for a better life would you not do it?

Yes we cant take infinite numbers, I agree with the resources, services schools, housing etc. But you cant get away from the fact that our governement has had a huge role in displacing these people and creating the situation. If there was no conflict and wars, most people would be going about their life in their home countries

Mate, I agree with what your saying about the UK government displacing some of these people, but I tell you now that if I as a husband and father were in the same position of being persecuted for whatever reason, and needed to flee then I wouldn't leave my wife or children behind to face it alone while I got off.

At the end of the day I see lots of people in the UK who are already here and live in poverty or are homeless and it breaks my heart to see it but also for it to become worse.

Oh and the UK has took in larger numbers of refugees over the last 100 years, so looking at the recent past doesn't give a full picture when comparing country to country
.

100 years ago we weren’t bombing them out of their homes ?‍♂️

100 years ago the poor here were still living in poverty, dying before their time, renting substandard housing and queuing up for day-work.

Perhaps the sort of people who enrich themselves off all that who should be blamed, rather than migrants.
