Good. He'll be class. There's just him and Cashly Cole in the premiership as the best english left backs in the country IMO. The list isnt that big to be fair - Nicky Shorey (never gets a game) and Wayne Bridge....erm, does he still play for Man Citeh?
Cant see Hibbo getting a call up haha. Too old and there's too many fresh young legs out there at RB.

Doesnt really add to much though. It'll always be Johnson, Terry, Ferdinand, Cole under Capello - maybe Wes Brown at RB. If you dont balls up your call up ala Jags (slightly harsh though) you'll always be on the bench eg Upson, Woodgate.
