I am just 19 posts away from my 4,000th, please Mr Moyes, make my milestone post one that discusses a new player or three. I cant believe we are just over two weeks away from the Arsenal game and we still find ourselves in a worse position "squad size", than this time last year. Sign some bleeding players, i beg you!

It's only a number. It doesn't signify anything - apart from you spending too much time on t'internet!

"What’s more, the side which he selected was a clear indication that he was thinking of the opening day.
Things may change but it could well be that the 11 who started here will line up against Arsenal on August 15."

That's from Dominic King's match report.

So Goat mate, if as you say we have made no bids for anyone all that rumour mill is a load of ****. But we did make a bid for Naughton so explain that or what does your souirce say.

Hope we dont end up like arsenal this summer. 2 top players leaving and fabregas if not this season then definately the next season to barca. You don't get to have em all the time. Im afraid the likes of lescotts, artetas, yaks, pienaars are vulnerable to departure if such transfer activities continue. Every season these guys have to do an extra 50 % which means they are more exposed to injuries.
BK gotta sort this out soon and hopefully sell the club but only if its the right party. Our current squad can't compete in europe,pl,fa cup and carling cup altogether, they are gonna have to set the priorities. Its too small for that and considering our injury record its gonna be another season where in the end we would be saying to ourselves " oh boy it could have been better for us if we had a bigger squad and less injuries"

Cheer up lads it isn't the end of plot just because we don't do any huge business this summer. Look at the Arse they are hemorraging money and selling their stars.

We could be one of the very few teams not in receivership or bankrupty whichever the side of the pond you live.

I'll be tickled to see money bags City to have red faces after they fail to crack the top four with all the money they have spent.:D

I meant at the moment mate, I should have said we have no bids on the table at the moment. I think so far we have bid for Naughton, Defour and that Spanish defender.

To be honest mate, I dont have a source, im lying thru my teeth.
