That's the most insulting trash I've read for a long time:

Stange you should say that. On Sky Sports News the other day, Bill Kenwright said Moyes was not selling any of his players, saying that, the short interview was back in May.

Dominic King is as bad as it gets in local press terms. Totally embedded with the club. He's peddling the drivel handed to him, and the club media transfer strategy this summer seems to be to emphasise what a heroic effort they're making to keep a core player.

We have some money. Confirmed bids for Naughton and Defour, the later confirmed from Standard as 'pleasing' - so circa £12/15m. I suspect a late swoop for someone big, like we did for Fellaini who was being tracked by some massive teams.

The same would happen if we bid for say, Moutinho. The first thing his agent would do would get on the phone to Real Madrid and co. If we bid late, chances are his agent would just prioritise getting the deal through.

A huge straw yes, but perhaps a smart one. Maybe Moyes is hoping that teams like villa, spurs and city have spent their money and we can swoop in......but we do risk that team having settled on their squad and being extremely reluctant to let anyone go.

did anyone today what toure said was the reason why he left??? he said that arsenal weren't buying players and were letting the stars go and the team is pretty inexperienced...

i wont be surprised if some of our stars leave and then say the same after a while if we let one star players go every season...last year AJ, not again this year with lescott!!!!

Yes we sold AJ last season but got Yakubu instead who's a better striker than AJ. So we sold one good player and got a better one, not really something that would make the rest of our star players leave.
