He’s not progressed us, his football is prehistoric, his outlook on what success looks like isn’t what we should be aspiring too,he has ignored obvious solutions to defensive problems,we’ve no idea what players Dibling,Aznou,Armstrong will be,despite looking impressive players get bombed out for months, I’m fed up of David Moyes ,thank you for getting us safe last season but it’s time Everton FC moved on from this man , we played one game a week since September and look the unfittest team in the league , get him gone

I needed a day to cool off after yesterday. While it's frustrating that we threw away Europe, and Moyes definitely shares the blame for that, the reality is that our squad over the last 10 games just didn't have the quality to compete.

We made decent progress this season, and after a solid 7/10 transfer window last summer, we took a step forward. However, we're still 4 to 6 players short, with at least 4 needing to be immediate, guaranteed starters. Looking ahead, teams that did qualify for Europe will likely struggle with the extra workload next year, much like Forest and Palace have this season.

The opportunity is there for us. Moyes has done just enough to earn one more season to capitalise on it, but the moment European qualification looks out of reach, it's time to part ways.

By which time he’d fill the squad with more ageing players that the next manager will have on his hands

Wow, this is some definition of progress when we maintain the same position as last season and went out of the cups without a whimper and the football was completely turgid
You're being incredibly abrasive for absolutely no reason.

We've improved a lot. The last quarter of the season was dreadful, but I don't think any team playing O'Brien at right back, Iroegbunam, Beto/Barry and Rohl at right wing is going to be able to compete. These are all positions we need to improve this summer, and hopefully we do.

Funny how most of the Moyesettes seem to be very quiet now.

Was only a matter of weeks since that particular cult tried to muzzle any fan for criticising Moyes or for being needlessly negative.

Just shows sometimes you are better to either say nothing or allow other fans to have differing views to your own. Which ever side of the fence you sit on.

Maybe I'm not easily satisfied and accepting of the BS that Moyes trots out.

This bares no truth in reality.

Last summer our departures had an average age of 30 years old. The club cleared out massive amounts of older players, including Young (40), Begovic (38), Doucoure (32), and a couple 28 year olds like DCL, Maupay, and Holgate.

The our arrivals had an average age of 23. The profile completely shifted toward the future, bringing in teenagers like Dibling and Aznou (19), alongside young talent like Barry (22), Rohl (23) and Carlos Alcaraz (22).

Not really. The progress is obvious, but we lost key players, ran out of steam and had bad luck at the end of the season.

Fact is, the lack of squad depth did us in in the end.

There is something to build on and improve on next season. Summer recruitment and preseason is key raising the standard for next season.

How many mins did Alcaraz/ Rohl/Dibling/ Armstrong/Aznou get

We don't know enough about 'our squad' because we didn't really see them play much, we'll probably never know.
He's probably pissed off some of our ambitious players, there'll be a danger of losing some, but it's his comments recently, particularly yesterday, but also about Garner's England exclusion and questions about Dibling, Aznou etc that show an arrogance and lack of humility he didn't have V 1.0.
His first stint he knew there were 'bigger' jobs out there which is why he twerked for Sir Alex. These days, like Allardyce, Dyche and Benitez (spits), he won't get a bigger job, so he's cocky, same as they were. He thinks he's above all this/us.
There are options right now that we can't wait on.
For me, Moyes out, go for Ireola, or Glasner. Change the footballing policy, show some ambition.
This isn't ingratitude, it's pragmatism, the game changes very quickly.

We haven't won anything since 1995, and even before that it was a 7 season dry spell. I'm sorry but you're acting as if the club is temporarily embarrassed or something. The issues go well beyond a single 10 game spell at the end of this season.

Squad depth? If we had a bigger squad there'd just be more players who didn't get a look in.

He’s got nothing to build on 7 without a win are you kidding me, out of both cup competitions very early on, and watching a championship side walk right past us into Europe, he ignored obvious solutions to his defensive issues he ignored them all, he won’t put any trust in youth players and has made us about as attractive as a weeks holiday in Rhyl, his football is prehistoric

Goes to show how impressive the season has gone given that many of the players we brought in haven't played whilst we lost, arguably, our two most important forward players and didn't look like relegation candidates once. A good summer window with 4-6 players coming in will have this team capable of competing. The ball is in TFG's court now. We need to see some ambition on the transfer front for us to do anything next season.

The manager refused to use other players

We had the fewest games of anyone

The squad depth excuse is simply an excuse. It isn't true
