We don't need an extra full back is if so I would play Holgate behind Coleman - Geri is light years so much better than Aron Lennon so needs moving on before Geri!

Agree there is enough Defensively in the squad Lennon offers nothing going foward,am not saying dela is the dogs bollox but as an attacking option he is better than Lennon.

Definitely wouldn't be considered on my list of players to go this window or even in summer. Always willing to help out, wants the ball, drops back defensively. May not be a versatile player position-wise but is a decent all out winger option, and good competition for Geri
This season and last season both managers started with Geri but in the end replaced him with Lennon.
It's not a coincidence, they both see that Lennon is prepared to work harder.
We also don't see them on a daily basis in training, Geri might be awful in training.
There's hardworking harder , and then theres flair Lennon had neither yesterday - hence subbed,and from that moment on we scored three no coincidence as most blues were complaining about him when the match thread was on -its the worse game he has played for us I suppose everyone has an off day, but to me he needs shipping out and new blood needs to replace him hes getting past it imo!

As is the case with most players in a bad run of form.
I don't know why I feel the urge to defend this guy to death but he's just got something that I can't put my finger on. When he's in form and confident he looks unstoppable.
Would hate to see him go and start scoring goals elsewhere. If he does have to go I definitely don't want him in the Prem to make us sorry for selling him. He could probably do fairly well in Spain but may be a dime (not much American money) a dozen over there.

Still like him. I don't think any wingers would flourish in this team to be honest. Mirallas Deulofeu Lennon even Bolasie all decent players all made to look poor on our flanks. We don't spread the play quick enough from midfield to ever give them space to run into. We're more suited to the 352 with most of our players centred together.
Poor Aaron, hes gonna be judged extra harshly now with Geri leaving.
