. I know he has chipped in with goals he works hard and all that,but he is in there to make things happen and he falls short on that his final ball be it a cross or pass is not good enough he was the same at spurs and with England.

I would actually disagree with that mate.

He made things happen almost every single time he was on the pitch. He ran at defenders, squirmed his way into the box on numerous occasions and won us penalty or two. His crosses might not be spectacular but he still created chances.

Just the ones I approved were all Lennon, and negative, ones. Seemed a bit odd to sign up then spend time negging one of the few lads who have been generally ok.
