Sanders is still sharp of mind though. I know Biden has always been gaffe-prone, but surely people can see that there has still been a significant cognitive decline since he left the VP office
Sure i get that. I was making the point that all of them have some sort of ailment. Given their age its quite normal for a decline.
Of course it will be nuts watching Biden and Trump go at it like two old geezers in a home fighting over whether they saw a squirrel or a bird.
My point is if Sanders was to get elected with the challenges he has set himself and his heart issues the stress and nature of the job there's just no telling how it would affect him. He essentially wants to take on mega corps and tell them to disband and go away.
I voted for Sanders in the primary. I like the guy. I don't agree with everything he's about but Warren was too far back by the time the vote got out here to California and i would not vote for Biden.
What's sad is that debates, debates debates is all anyone can talk about. Given that Trump may not even do one now that he knows he doesn't have too we may never see them duke it out anyway. They really have no bearing. We are talking about 3 states and their undecided. They have already seen Trump and they know who Biden is. Pretty sure people have made up their mind anyway. It would be different if it were say Buttigieg or Warren.
Trumps base is large enough as is his ego and he has the GOP sucked in he may be too arrogant to debate.
