Not surprising at all. A large percentage of likely Democratic voters in Florida are probably either people of Cuban ancestry who he has alienated with his comments about the Castro regime, or snowbirds over 60 years old who were never likely to be interested in his “revolution” to begin with.

the latest poll out of Florida for their primary (Mar 17) was taken before Bloomberg and Warren got out,
has Biden at 62% and Bernie at 12%
Sanders has to make it over the 15% mark with help from warren voters or his goose is cooked.

Latest data seems to show them splitting Warren's support (relatively) evenly... so he should get over 15%
