What a silly thing to say.... We have a Tory government now and we have the NHS now.......this little myth of the left carries no weight except in the minds of the left......

Did you see that factsheet, Pete? Have you not heard the doctors and nurses crying out about the chronic underfunding? Ripening it for privatisation. It's coming, sadly.

Indeed. It's just depressing. The only way to get rid of the Tories is to have a competent opposition who look able to form a government, not a bloody spreadsheet.

The country needs a strong opposition. When this idiot Corbyn got elected the more sensible on here said that he was not what was needed. But no, go with the romantic ideals and dogma and see a once proud political party reduced to getting embarrassed by the likes of the SNP.......

I tell you what I have seen. One of my local doctors built four large new homes in his garden then retired. Another retired being a GP to then take up a senior role within the NHS and the third who bought himself a brand new Landrover Defender station wagon. Money doesn't seem to be a problem to these guys.......

Seems that GOT is not really representative of the population.....

Yes BUT there is no Official Monster Raving Loony Party on the poll so it is null & void in my opinion.

The Poll needs amending. I am pleading the 5th amendment

A useful flow chart to help you determine how to vote on June 8th:

Scouse, aren't we? It's probably pretty representative of L postcodes (not that I have one!)

I know, Pete, and have you seen the price of cheese these days?

I'm more left-wing now than I was at 20.

There are always exceptions, depending on where you live, social background, treatment of friends and family in certain situations etc.

My patents are very much Labour as my Dad had an industrial accident when he was young that has left him unable to work and as a consequence he lived in fear of what a conservative government may do on a whim.

I still class myself as a third way socialist, I want people to be able to get on with their lives and be free to make money if they have that talent, but i also want to protect people who can't help themselves, it should always be a helping hand though and not a lifestyle choice.

Pete - they lost all the Scottish seats when Corbyn was a backbencher. The SNP is the political force that it is because of Blair.

You're deluded as much as a Liverpool fan at the start of the season if you think the NHS is in decent shape
