Oh dear mate.

Step away from the Daily Mail.

It was a power grab by the right, who are fed up of being found guilty of acting against the Human rights act and Employment Law.
They want to rip both up so they can make more money out of the rest of us.
They exploited the paranoid and the racists to push it through with promises they reneged on the morning after and they've been ignoring ever since.
Brexit was a huge Tory con.

Yawn, yawn, yawn. As a lifelong Labour voter, I woudln't touch that rag ever.

52% of the population eh? Yeah right.

Another Remain cryer.

This kind of thing is STILL hilarious!

Still provides me with entertainment.

Talk to me about anger, and the rest of the scheiss, please. You guys are consistent, if nothing else!! :D :D :D

Haha.

Tubey, you got a point, @Old Blue 2 does get a bit over excited about Brexit.

That said, I don't think that this election result can be used to explain Brexit as being a protest vote.

Both the vote to leave the EU and the election result have far too many variables for that to be accurate.

The county is hugely divided on many issues at the mo.

I don't get excited about Brexit at all. I voted out. That carried the day. End of.

What is wonderfully entertaining is the continual hand-wringing, etc. over that vote 12 months ago.

The comments directed against me on this and other issues are entertaining for me. Nothing more. I'm quite happy to indulge in sensible discussion, but some on here are 'toys out of the pram' people at a moment's notice (how very dare you disagree with me!, they say to me!).

Highly entertaining, as I say, particularly in the close season, before davek starts malletting Koeman after every game again!

Keep slagging me, you internet keyboard warriors. :) ;)

If this was a anti brexit vote then explain the huge increases in vote that Kate Hoey, Frank Field got etc.

This was an anti tory vote not an anti brexit vote

Brexit has different levels of importance in different consistencies though.

The Labour swing in Newcastle and Sunderland was lower than expected no doubt because of Brexit.

However, Labours success in London will have been influenced in part by dissatisfaction with May's hard Brexit.

Not saying the result is an anti-Brexit result, but it influenced people in different ways.

BTW, I do hope you have a word with that mate of yours who claimed there was a hard-left plot to get rid of Kate Hoey.

I'm not slagging you off, just saying you get over excited.

I've been on the receiving end of your caps lock, size 17 font, 7 exclamation marks on the end rants.

Remember your predictions from last year that Corbyn was going to destroy the Labour party and the Tories would be in for the next 20 years. The only Tory with less credibility than you is leading the party.

He gained 30 seats with the most blatant unaffordable giveaway manifesto. The tories are still in power and Corbyn has nothing else to give away. Sensible Labour MP's still don't want him as leader. Raise this again when Labour actually win an election......

Premature mate. Massively premature.

If I were Pete I'd be bookmarking that post, because Labour aren't in power, the Tories still are and they can't run a campaign as bad as that again.

Corbyn still has a huge job to do to get Labour in power.

Indeed.....

No I don't. Of course I take the piss, as others do. If I think people are posting stupid things, like earlier about Brexit, I challenge, and the butt-hurt surfaces quicker than Kopites seeing the RS go 0-1 down!

Do you not understand this two-dimensional medium? You can do HILARIOUS things with it! And people predictably react, as you have, ghost.

And one can also be a pedant on here, to the annoyance of others. Not 17 on this forum, it only goes up to 7. Check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apologies, ghost, I should not take the piss. Or should I... (I like the ellipsis as well)
