Has anyone reminded Corbyn he lost yet? All this talk of how the Tories should step aside and let him exert 'the will of the people' is utterly crackers.

Disagree really - it's smart politics. He's emphasising the positives and pressuring May to look desperate and power-grasping by comparison.

I see the pressure on May part and calling for her resignation I entirely get. But when you've run a campaign based on 'For the Many, Not the Few' it seems a tad hypocritical to be calling for Labour to get a crack at government when they are the few in this case (if even by a small percent.)

Unless they went into a progressive coalition

In his mind he did win. He didn't actually want to win the overall election and then have to deal with real issues, he just wanted to get in a position where his internal Labour adversaries couldn't touch him, and he's done it. He won.......

Remember your predictions from last year that Corbyn was going to destroy the Labour party and the Tories would be in for the next 20 years. The only Tory with less credibility than you is leading the party.

Premature mate. Massively premature.

If I were Pete I'd be bookmarking that post, because Labour aren't in power, the Tories still are and they can't run a campaign as bad as that again.

Corbyn still has a huge job to do to get Labour in power.
