A mainland U.K. Government having to deal with a NI party to stay in power in 2017 with all that's going on it a both almost unbelievable and also potentially disastrous.

We have no assembly at the moment but the DUP potentially holding the government by the proverbials that's before as you say we get onto Brexit and almost certain the issues with border . We're going to have DUP demands versus good Friday agreement and a lot of other not DUP voters across the north .

It is as you say a recipe for disaster.

Then as almost an aside we have a political party holding a lot of power that seems opposed to abortion , gay marriage and where many are creationists. I'd imagine many liberal Tories would baulk at the prospect of tying themselves to them .
It's a non-starter IMO.

A coalition that will fall apart in an instant once there's a bump in the road. As you say, many Tories will be horrified at the prospect of doing deals with these dinosaurs.

Potential long-odds value play here

http://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/orderedseats.html It's the 9th least-safe Tory seat on this list

It's 40/1 in lots of places for a bet that Labour will win.

Again, this is a value bet, just seems that 40/1 is a bit mad for a seat that polling intentions are that close in, should probably be a quarter of that. The range is massive though on the high / low, potentially you could get 36% / 50% here

Labour takes Kensington ;)

Please excuse me this weekend lads, I'm about to do everything intravenously.

Goodbye

They're insane for doing it. Electoral suicide. After banging on about a "coalition of chaos", they then come out with an even worse one in a stupid attempt to save their own skins in power.

No. Corbyn is running around telling everyone he 'won'. May will visit the Palace, be confirmed as PM and put Corbyn back in his box....then the tories can make any change when it suits them....it's the best of a bad position.....
pete, it was a disaster for your lot. Take the battering in good grace and prepare for your party to go into meltdown. It's over for the Tories.

Two old bags deciding the fate of a nation , one completely unelected and the other er completly unelected , there's democracy uk style folks!
Its farcical how desperate they all are for power - labour trying to say they can lead a government when they can't- May forming a government which will be a coalition of chaos - proves one thing they are all power loving merchants!
She will struggle to get any policies through now so thats a good thing its Brexit that concerns me most it could be a right pigs ear of things to come imo!
