That Sunderland one is way better for tories than you'd expect on the exit poll.

Early days all the same.

The Tory vote went back to what it was in 2010 but Labour has increased by 5 000 between 2010 and now. Very promising for Labour - getting out some of the no voters will hold them in good stead in marginals.

This would make a lot of sense & explain the exit poll:

May's focus on a stupid and brainless 'hard brexit' may come back to bite her.

Yeah ive always thought that, target those who dont have a solid loyalty to one party or another, IMO a lot of UKIP voters are like that, vote on single issues, easily led

Fractured England in terms of voters. If labour had Scotland, I wouldn't be bothered with them. But they make a big dent now.

It has a feeling of an Anfield derby, a small bit of hope, swiftly taken away. UKIP votes could ruin this. That and Scotchland, who'd have thought that they would be the reason the Tories get in.
not a cert they(ukip) will go to the Tories, certainly in the north a load that way wanted Brexit wouldn't vote tory as a norm.
midlands will be the key to this if they jump to the Tories in numbers it could put the government back in.
