If that exit poll is accurate, this is perhaps the best possible result the country could have had. The only Brexit they will be able to get through is one on which there is a consensus in Parliament.

Totally agree.

Even if they do just about get a majority like 2015, May is still absolutely finished. Her reputation has gone.

And I couldn't be happier.

The Tories should be demanding her head on a silver platter for this. An absolutely disgraceful campaign from the MayBot which has opened the door for Labour.

But all credit to Corbyn - I thought he'd ran a great campaign, but didn't see this coming.

That's spot on mate. In the case of Brexit as a sole issue anyway.

Given the closeness of the referendum result, SM access would have been suitable for most. Hopefully the Tories will realise that if the exit poll proves to be correct.

It does re-invigorate Orly, but ultimately, if the Tories get a majority, we'll be stuck with them for a sure-fire five years... and that's unpalatable as it is, never mind with Brexit to deal with.

Mate no we get the friggin CFP dream if it's small or hung parliament - centre politics with give and take and compromise

We don't get a mad super left majority, we don't get nasty super right majority 20 year rule of terror, we get people actually having discussions

It's fantastic. Beyond my wildest dreams

Not a question of despair, I think. The Brexit exit (see what I did there...?) was touting a Remain vote. I went to bed believing Remain would carry the day only to wake up about 8 to find that all the predictions had been turned on their heads.

I have a sneaky feeling that Labour will do even better than the exit poll suggests...

So we want the polls to say Tory, you go to bed and wake up and Labour has won. Nighty, nighty and sleep tight mate.

I'd be happy with a hung parliament !!!
