going to get dirty the next few days you can just see it coming.

Election campaigns always do, unfortunately. They really do bring out the worst in modern politics, from all sides. I've personally detuned to any sort of political feed as much as I can. Modern political campaigning doesn't change anything imo, it just descends into a mudslinging contest.

Theresa May has been in politics or more than a week or two hasnt she?

Now there may well be very good reason(s) why she wont be on it, and why she missed the leader "debate", but it is all about the perception of the leaders now. Corbyn, who I do not like politically, has come across really well. To this observer, it doesnt feel like we have heard a peep out of her since the first day or 2 of campaigning.

Ergo, Running Scared is the perception being built. Rightly or wrongly.

She's useless.

I've never seen a politician in such a powerful position throw it all away so willingly.

I genuinely wish everybody could lose next week.

Her staff will have considered these decisions very carefully, and determined that the liability of having her continuing to make appearances is even worse than the liability of her spurning them. The same calculation will have informed the dementia tax u-turn.

I expect in the time remaning she'll revert to her previous programme of Brexit platitudes. They'll be counting on the fact that Brexit is now much more popular than she is.

Mays gone. The Torie right wing will want blood after this horror show.

As a member of the Labour Party I'm extremely proud of this campaign.

So many own goals from the tories. Loads of 60 year olds who I work with who either don't vote or vote Libs have told me they are voting labour and all have said what are the tories on about labour wanting to take us back to the 70's.... it was the best time to be alive for a working class person

I've had numerous emails off bookies today about the election.
Corbyn is being hammered in the betting if they are to be believed.

He's into 3/1 from double figures.

May is out to 1/4. Buying money, but a brave heavy punt.
