I was out canvassing with Labour today in my local constituency, the reaction on the streets was quite bad,and I had got myself prepared for at least a decent nights sleep.

FFS.

you have to hope the labour prediction of 266 is conservative and maybe they have about 10-15 more than predicted

i think its been a very good campaign for labour

If Labour get 280 here, it'd be the greatest political result in history - no hyperbole. Obliterates Brexit and Trump.

266 is already the stuff of dreams for Labour given the situation.

The Tories need a miracle now. They can try a minority government but with something as big as Brexit and the sheer partisanship of current politics, they'd fold the moment they try something major in parliament.

The Tories need that exit poll to be +25 wrong, at least, and even then it's a terrible result.

Even if they do just about get a majority like 2015, May is still absolutely finished. Her reputation has gone.

No mate, doesn't matter.

This reinvigorates the left (or anti-austerity, anti-Tory) and is basically guaranteed to cause May to resign. Anything less than 70 she was on dodgy ground (mentioned it in here earlier), less than 50 she doesn't make the speech tomorrow, hung parliament the 92 Group will erase her.

It's unbelievable that.

It does re-invigorate Orly, but ultimately, if the Tories get a majority, we'll be stuck with them for a sure-fire five years... and that's unpalatable as it is, never mind with Brexit to deal with.
