Seriously.. so if you earn £70k now then you're considered rich and therefore prime target for loitering by McDonnell's taxes?

I make just over half of that, and I'll tell you what, I don't think that if you doubled my salary (and for the amount of extra job responsibility I would have to take on) that I would class myself as rich. I know people who earn that much and barely get by (admittedly they could probably take a more disciplined approach to personal finance, but hey, its their money, their life).

You said they puzzle you the most. I'd argue that their vote is the least puzzling. If only everyone would vote like that. At least it'd be a bit more representative than it is now (though FPTP will never give anything remotely resembling representation).

They puzzle me because they're delusional idealists who seem to not live in the real world. In an ideal scenario we'd all vote for the party we truly believe in but we don't live in an ideal world. We live in the real world and in reality the only party that can beat the Conservatives is Labour. It's not how I'd like things to be but it's how things really are.

My solution to the Labour problem is to get rid of Corbyn and his cronies. Do you know who else thinks that? Virtually every Labour MP.
