We will sell Fellaini in the summer for 25m then spend 15m, it will be as if we never made 8m to spend.

Business as usual.

Spurs signed Holby for 2m
Arsenal signed a LB ive never heard of
Liverpool signed Sturidge and a crap Brazilian Inter wanted rid of
Chelsea got Ba, Good signing

Not really much going on really unless you look at the bottom end where teams are panic buying trying to dig there way out of trouble

We got in a RB which we needed and would have got a CM if not for a dodgy knee

United- Zaha
City- No signings
Arsenal- No signings.
Chelsea- Bought Ba for less than they sold Sturridge for.
Spurs- Fryers (undisclosed) and Holtby (£1.5m)
West Brom- No signings.
Liverpool- Sturridge (£12m) and Coutinho (£8.5m).

The RS have some catching up to do but otherwise nearly all of our rivals have resisted the urge to spend. Maybe there's just very little value to be had and clubs don't want to let players go in January?

The amount spent is utterly irrelevant.

Spurs have strengthened with a CL level midfielder. Arsenal have bought a defender from a team who topped their CL group, Liverpool have bought a young Brazilian with potential to be a good player, Chelsea have bought a very good striker.

We've bought.... a Barnsley fullback.

I'd love to be wrong and for Stones to play against Villa and spark our run in, but lets be realistic.

This is going be hard to take. For those keeping hope, wish i had your optimism, there would of been some sort of rumor by now.

Lets just look towards Saturday, a must win to calm nerves. Its done and dusted now, we have to deal with what we've got and support the team until the end. Up the toffees.
