Nice experience yesterday. Got a cab with 2 Cambridge fans from the station . They signed me into their supporters club bar on the ground and told me about state of the club at the minute. The ground was great and nice to stand on a packed terrace and the ground was pretty packed with a good atmosphere.

One lad had me laughing about a story of going to millwall with a mate. I don’t think he would last 5 minutes in the lower gwladys or the brick lol .

I don’t think I heard a swear word in the 90 minutes.

Definitely my favourite ground I’ve done in the lower leagues.



Hopefully marine v Salford in the cup next .

Favourite lower league ground I've been to so far, has to be be Wycombe's Adams Park. Went there on a saturday in November. Was cold, wet and damp. Made up for a surrealistic surrounding and atmosphere, with the mist coming over the tree tops.​

It's the only club I visited that I really started looking out for results​

Northern rail ‘strikes’ again. My trip to hearts on next Saturday is ruined because of this. £50 down on tickets for the game and train. Gutted.
