I was going to do Morecambe but the northern rail strike is on . So I’m going to madiera Monday I’ll be doing uniao madiera and if I can nacional. I’ve alre done maritimo and nacional on the island.

I’ve got Gillingham, Cambridge and AFC Wimbledon coming up .

The best pie I've eaten at footy match was at Oldham.
When we played them in the cup, plastic pitch they had too if i recall correctly.

Thanks for taking the time and effort to post and what a great post it is .

Halifax is on my list of priorities. I’ve done near enough 100 grounds over England Scotland wales , Europe and the states . Most with Everton .

But yeah I think it’ll be a good way for me to get out of a rut . I really enjoyed the intimate feeling of Edgely Park ( and the pie lol) so I’m looking forward to stress free football days out .

..i’ve posted about Edgely Park as one of my favourite grounds on here plenty of times. I was fortunate to play there and I just knew it would be a scoring ground for me. I played in many more famous stadiums but Stockport just had something about it.

Bit of trivia, if I remember rightly Edgely Park is actually the closest ground to the River Mersey although I hope that changes very soon with the development of BMD.

I went to Gillingham in the late '80s, to watch them play Wrexham over the Christmas period. Drove all the way there and back for it! It was so cold I had to constantly buy cups of soup just to keep my hands warm. As I recallt was nil-nil... unless the ghastly depression of the whole experience has just left me believing it was, in a sort of PTSD way.

STILL not the worst 92 club experience I've had though...

Latest grounds are Warrington town on Saturday v Telford in the cup

Cambridge next week

27th is either dag and red or Leyton Orient as Wimbledon wont sell tickets for the game v Luton to non members .

And hearts v Kilmarnock on Nov 10th

So not in the 92 but some decent places to go .
