Yeah ‘clear and obvious’ has gone out of the window. They look back at goals now, and the build up to them actively looking for a reason to disallow it. It needs binning and it’s a shame only Wolves voted to do so.

Whisper it but I think Ndiaye is equally as likely to not be here next season if he keeps playing at this level. Perhaps they'll only 'allow' one to leave though, which is entirely up to Grealish of course.

This is what I don't really understand about it. I initially assumed when it came in that VAR would look at a decision and just say yeah it's fine or effectively overrule the ref by saying no you've missed something clear and obvious you need to...

Yeah, I know. I'm happy to live in denial for now, however!

If, as most of us suspect, Grealish is not going to be here next season a baby N'Diaye coming in January ready to step up and replace him in August is no bad thing. We don't really do succession planning at Everton, however, so this probably...

I was all for VAR when they launched it and I was horribly wrong. My mistake, I think, was that I thought with multiple camera angles and slow motion even our most idiotic referees wouldn't be able to mess it up. However, I clearly underestimated...

Sheffield Wednesday fans did it recently, albeit in much more extreme circumstances, and held firm until the absolute bell that owned them exited the club. Unfortunately, the end result was administration.

windymiller reacted to tommye's post in the thread When will fans earn respect? with Sad Sad.
Premier League has reached a point now were the club's aren't particularly arsed about 'legacy' fans as they can re-sell any season ticket, game by game, for far greater return from the tourist fan and the associated 'experience' packages. The...

No and no. No more strikers that have been proven to not score goals please! Zirkzee 36 league appearances for Man Utd and 3 goals, Füllkrug 21 league appearances and 3 goals. We might as well loan DCL back (please don't Ebeptoh!).
